Westminster-Frances H. Smith, 88, wife of the late Olin Smith, Jr. of 361 Dixon Road passed away on Monday, April 25, 2016 at her residence. A funeral; service will be held 11am, Thursday, April 28, 2016 from the chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home. Burial will follow at 2 pm in Yonah Memorial Gardens in Demorest, GA. The family will receive friends 10-11 am prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home. The family is at the residence. Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Mt.
