Fred Ezekial Rowland

Fred Ezekial Rowland, 81, of 321 W. Bryant Road, West Union died Monday at his home.  He was the husband of Barbara Jean Winkler Rowland.  The funeral will be at 2 p-m Thursday at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel with entombment at Oconee Memorial Park.  The family receives friends from 12:30-1:30 pm, prior to the service, at Davenport Funeral Home.  Flowers are accepted.  The family is at the residence.
