Frozen precipitation covers higher roads

Be careful on the roads and highways this morning, especially in the higher elevations.  Oconee County Dispatch reports a combination of ice and snow has accumulated in Long Creek, Mountain Rest, and Tamassee-Salem areas.  Trouble spots are the upper ends of South Carolina 28 and 107.  For most of the night, the temperature held in the upper 30s and then dropped to 32, the freezing mark.
