Salem, SC — Ginger Runner Lewis, 70, passed away Monday, September 5, 2016, in her sleep with her husband, Howard Lewis, by her side.  They resided at 138 Howgin Hollar Dr. in Salem, South Carolina. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 10, 2016, at Salem United Methodist Church, 520 Church Street, Salem, SC, with reception to immediately follow.  We all know Ginger would want us to dress casual. So, dress casual. In lieu of flowers, if you like animals, memorials may be made to Sundance Mountain Stables Animal Rescue, 170 Lewin Way, Tamassee, SC 29676 or if you like elderly people, to Senior Solutions, 101 Perry Ave., Seneca, SC 29678.  Davenport Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
