“Good Morning, Congressman”

When a young lawyer stepped in front of the lectern in Seneca, someone from the audience yelled out a greeting, “Good Morning, Congressman.”  That brought a smile to the face of Chris Fedalei, though the Greenville lawyer realizes he has a ways to go if he’s going to be elected the next congressman representing Greenville and Spartanburg.  After all, the 4th Congressional District, like most of South Carolina, has been solidly Democratic for years, and current Congressman Trey Gowdy has earned national attention for his chairmanship of a House committee seeking answers about Benghazi.  Fedalei said he would not be in the race if he did not take issue with the Gowdy has represented his district.    “Suffice it to say, Fedalei said in an interview with 101.7/WGOG NEWS, “I’m not happy with the things he has chosen to do with his legislative record, but in terms of activity and what he has decided to focus on….”
