Westminster – Hazel Lecy Clay, 69, of 233 N. Seed Farm Road, passed away Monday, May 9, 2016 at her residence. A funeral service will be held 3 pm, Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Rock Hill Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Rock Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Sandifer Funeral home. The family is at the residence.
