“If we can just find the money”

Walhalla has plans beyond those which culminated in Streetscape—a re-vitalization project that had been talked about for decades but shelved for one reason or the other.  Mayor Edwards envisions a downtown development corporation to facilitate façade grants for building owners.  And he predicts there will be improvements to the side streets—bounded by North and South Broad streets.   But the plans are money dependent.
