Westminster- Lydia Alverline Johnston Morris, 94, of Frank Street passed away October 19, 2016 at Cottingham Hospice House. A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, October 23, 2016 at the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home with burial to follow at Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service at the Sandifer Funeral Home.
