Jubilee time soon in Pendleton

Pendleton will help usher in spring with its 37th Spring Jubilee and Jubilee Joy Ride. This year’s dates are Saturday and Sunday, April 5 and 6. Centered on the Village Green in the Anderson County town, the Pendleton Jubilee has been named “Best Festival in the State of South Carolina in a Community of less than 5,000.” It attracts thousands of people.
