Junior Beta Club’s membership exceeds 100!

 The recent induction of 80 Walhalla Middle School students as members of their school’s Junior Beta Club has boosted the club’s membership past the 100 mark. The latest inductees—7th and 8th graders—joined the club during an October 15 ceremony, in which Walhalla High student Carson Brewer served as guest speaker. Carson is a former club member. Other speakers that evening were club officers Kelsie Badura, Mary Claire Abbott, Chelsie Van Atter, and Jamie Jensen. Junior Beta Club members are required to maintain an overall average of 93 or higher, and each member is required to take part in community service projects.
