Westminster – Kathy Elaine Owens, 54, of Sunshine Circle, passed away Thursday, January 1, 2015.

A funeral service will be held 3 pm, Wednesday, January 7, 2015 from the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in First Baptist Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 1-3 pm, Wednesday, prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.

The family is at the home of Wanda and Philip Rech, 487 Chetola Road, Seneca, SC.
