Lottery tickets stolen, arrest made

Lottery tickets were stolen from one convenience store and cashed at a second store in Oconee County.  And the Oconee Sheriff’s Office reports an arrest has been made.  Law enforcement records show Antonio Bernard Holden of Seneca charged with intent to defraud the South Carolina Lottery.  According to the Sheriff’s Office, security footage showed a man step behind the counter of the 7-11 and take lottery tickets and cigarettes.  The 40-year old Holden was arrested after authorities learned the lottery tickets were cashed at the High Volume #5 convenience store.
