Motor graders humming

Dirt is being moved today in Walhalla to prepare the site to build the new Oconee jail. County motor graders were moving dirt this morning on the property between the cemetery and the Law Enforcement Center. Sheriff Mike Crenshaw says a guaranteed maximum price for the project is to be presented during the April 1 meeting of Oconee County Council.
