Mrs. Hazel C. Kirby, 89, wife of Alphonso Kirby for fifty years, of 109 White Pines Drive, West Union, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Heritage Health Care of Toccoa, GA.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 18, 2013 at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, Friday, October 18, 2013 at Davenport Funeral Home, Inc. prior to the service.

Flowers are accepted and the family is at their respective homes.
