Musicians choose unusual travel mode

An unusual sight this afternoon at Clemson. A man and a woman, riding a pony and a bicycle, are creating talk among those they meet because of the unusual mode of transportation they’ve chosen to make a cross-country trip. The two people—Hannah and Harvey—are musicians who made Clemson a stop on their trip from Asheville, North Carolina across the country. They say they are just happy to proceed slowly, on bicycle and horseback, and meet a lot of friendly people. One of their new found friends is Oconee County resident Larry Dickson, who found the couple this afternoon at the Western Sizzlin and spotted the pony catching a nap in the parking lot under a tree.
