Newcomers emerge for Walhalla election

Two challengers are in the field for Walhalla City Council this November.  Those candidates are Dennis Owens and Josh Roberts.  Three seats are up November 7–the council seats now held by Lamar Bailes, Jennifer Crawford, and  Josh Holliday.
