Next library “a technology and growth center”

Seneca’s eventual replacement library, in the view of County Council Chairman Paul Cain, likely shouldn’t be called a library at all.  Rather, he suggests, a technology and growth center.  Cain, Seneca’s representative to the county governing authority, envisions something quite unlike a traditional library.  He foresees the need for a place for people to come to take advantage of learning thru today’s highly changing technological world.  How to pay for the new Seneca library and where to build it were part of the council committee’s discussions on including the project in a multi-year capital improvement plan.
