A magistrate holds to his decision ordering seized gaming machines destroyed. Judge Blake Norton’s ruling denying a new trial arrived yesterday in the offices of Attorney Gruber Sires. The Seneca attorney now says he will decide whether to pursue the appeal in the Common Pleas Court.
