OCC 3: a two-way race

Qualifying ended at Walhalla today for the next contest aimed at filling the vacant Seneca seat on Oconee County Council. And it ended with no changes—meaning that Paul Cain and Andy Inabinet will head into a Republican special primary April 1. The nominee will head into a special May election without any other ballot opposition. And the winner May 20 gets to fill the approximate six months left in the unexpired term of the late Archie Barron.
