Oconee County offices close at mid day Monday

The eclipse and the traffic that it is expected to create in Oconee County means that county offices, including the libraries, will close at noon Monday and not re-open until regular time the following day.  The Salem, Seneca, and Walhalla library branches will open at regular time Monday morning, but Westminster Library will not open at all. While regular offices close early Monday, essential public safety services will continue to operate.
