Oconee Democratic leader questions Trump’s intentions

Paulette Keffas-Chassin, the chairwoman of Oconee Democrats, considers Donald Trump unfit for President and last night questioned the Republican’s true intentions.  “He never wanted to be President.  I believe he came into this because he wanted to be a businessman and make money….,” Keffas-Chassin said last night.  The chairwoman, however, acknowledged there are questions about Hillary Clinton, but she says the questions are nothing new.  “They are always after her,” Keffas-Chassin said of Clinton’s critics.  With the Oconee Democrats headquarters on one side of Seneca’s N. Townville Street and the county Republicans on the other, there stood last night upright and facing each other separated by the street two life-sized posters of Democrat Clinton and Republican Trump.
