Oconeean pleads guilty to child porn charges

A 42-year old Seneca man pleaded guilty today in federal court to possession of child pornography. An announcement by Bill Nettles, U-S Attorney, states that Hollis Frenchman Gray Jr. now awaits sentencing. Law enforcement searched Gray’s home June 5, 2012 and seized computers and other storage media. And, according to the government, a forensic exam of Gray’s computers and other storage device revealed images of children, under the age of 18, engaged in sexual conduct or the lascivious display of genitals. The plea could bring a sentence of 10 years in prison or a $250 thousand fine, or both. The case was brought as part of the Project Safe Childhood.
