Officials remove children from Seneca home

The police say three small Seneca children have been removed from their home as part of a police and social services investigation. That investigation produced neglect charges against Tiffany Lynn Payne, a 25 year old mother. The police say the three children, all under the age of 10 years old, have been removed from Payne’s apartment home on Fairfield Drive and placed in a “safe home” and a safety plan has been started for the children. It’s a case that remains under investigation by the Seneca Police Department and the Department of Social Services.
