Overnight!

A chase by the highway patrol late last night near Seneca led to a suspect’s car winding up in Lake Hartwell. No major injuries are believed to have resulted. The car went into the water at Carradine Road in the vicinity of the Shiloh Road. At 4:45 this morning, fire fighters responded to a smell of smoke call on Clearmont Road near Westminster. No fire found.
