Partnership to help small business grow

A partnership became official yesterday to support the development of small business, along with economic development in Oconee, Anderson, and Pickens counties. Dr. Ronnie Booth, Tri-County Tech President, and Dave Eldridge of the Tri-County Entrepreneurial Development Corporation, signed the agreement to enhance their partnership and dedication to helping small business develop and expand to create new jobs. The TCEDC, based in Walhalla, began two years ago as a result of efforts by local business and community leaders. The not-for-profit corporation helps small business with start-up and guidance from Walhalla’s 104 Brown’s Square.
