Poor turnout will hurt the GOP, Skipp believes

A poor turnout November 8 will hurt the chances of the Republicans to capture the White House, in the opinion of Bob Skipp, the chairman of Oconee Republican Party.  Skipp spoke to 101.7/WGOG NEWS yesterday while U-S Senate candidate Tim Scott pressed the flesh during a campaign stop at Seneca.  Because many Americans speak disgustingly of both the Republican and Democratic nominees for President, Skipp expressed worry that many people won’t vote and that, he says, will have the potential effect for the GOP to lose seats in both chambers of congress.
