Project “Tau” to be unmaked next week

At a final reading next week by Oconee County Council, details are expected on a new economic development project that promises as many as 77 new jobs in Oconee County. So far, the project has been referred as the code name “Tau”—even though work on an existing building has been visible near Seneca. According to Richard Blackwell of the Oconee Economic Alliance, the company has chosen to locate from outside Oconee and lease the Nalley building behind the Seneca Lowe’s store.
