Ribbon cuttings mark finish of Seneca projects

Ribbons were cut today at three Seneca government property locations to officially mark the finish of projects that city leaders say make their city a better place today and in the future.  The ribbons were cut at the electric bus charging station on Railroad Street, at the utility warehouse and lay down yard on N. Walnut Street, and at the rebuilt water plant on Normandy Shores.  At one of the ceremonies, the one at the warehouse and lay down yard, Mayor Dan Alexander called City Administrator Greg Dietterick “a visionary.  He can see and get things done,” Alexander said.
