Salem – Richard Bradley “Dick” Learnard, 87, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2013, following a period of declining health. He was surrounded by endless love and support of his family.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, December 21, 2013 from the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home.
