Sarah Bagwell Neal

Sarah Bagwell Neal, 91, of 470 Rich Mountain Road, Westminster died Wednesday at her home.  She was the widow of Major V. Neal.  A graveside service will be 2 p-m Friday at Oconee Memorial Park.  The family receives friends at Davenport Funeral Home from 12:30-1:30 p-m, prior to the service.  Flowers are accepted. Family members of Sarah Bagwell Neal are at their homes.
