School District sets meal prices

Oconee School District announces meal prices for the new year that starts a week from today–Thursday, August 17.  For elementary grades, the cost of a reduced price breakfast will be 30 cents; lunch 40 cents; paid breakfast, $1.45; and paid lunch, $2.10.  For middle and high school students, the cost of reduced breakfast is 30 cents; lunch, 40 cents; the cost of paid breakfast $1.45; and paid lunch, $2.30.  Adult meal prices this year are set at $3.70.  Students are awarded benefits based on family size and income.  All registered students in the district are eligible to take part in the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Programs.
