Seneca changes wrecker service

Seneca this week approved a contract with a new wrecker service operator.  After a closed session Tuesday night, the city council awarded Cartee Wrecking a two-year deal.  Cartee replaces Randy’s Towing as the city’s official wrecker service.  Police Chief John Covington says, “People can still use who they want as long as that company has a city business license (when they become involved in car accidents inside the city.)  The contract company is for those who have no specific request for a tow company. It was put out to bid and the council approved Cartee.”
