Seneca takes a preliminary step

Seneca City Hall is back doing business today, and the clerk-treasurer, Joel Seavey, says it’s good to be back on the job—after being relegated to his home by this week’s weather. Transacted was preliminary approval of the financial process for a major project to improve the water supply and distribution facilities.
