Seneca transforms for holiday weekend

Seneca will be a city in transformation this weekend, as city personnel work long, hard hours getting ready for tomorrow night’s performance by the Charlie Daniels Band. Great music by Charlie Daniels and other bands aside, Councilman Joel Ward is asking everyone to remember the car cruise-in that’ll be a part of his city’s Memorial Day weekend celebration. Cars starting arriving at 3 o’clock this afternoon. Opening ceremonies at 8 o’clock tonight.
