“Shake and bake” meth lab found at Salem

A call by Oconee deputies to a domestic dispute in Salem resulted in drug charges against a man and a woman. According to the Sheriff’s Office, 24-year old Russell Howard Rogers was charged with possession and manufacturing methamphetamines. A second person of the same Russell Drive address, 64-year old Dorothy Louise Moody, was charged with possession of meth. Deputies say they found a shake and bake-style meth lab in plain view. A second lab been discarded into a wooded area near Oconee Creek Road.
