“The variance hearing went well”

The way was cleared last night at the Seneca City Hall for a new home to be built at a Lake Keowee home development.  The board of zoning appeals approved Lonnie Martin’s request to vary the sideyard regulations at 1100 Loran Point.  According to Ed Halbig, the property involved is “a non-conforming lot  of record.”
