Third arrest in 2015 theft

A third arrest has been made in a theft case seven months ago in Fair Play.  According to the Oconee Sheriff’s Office, the third man arrested and charged was David Ronald Revels Jr. The third defendant in the case is charged with grand larceny.  Revels is 41 years old and displays addresses in both Seneca and Greer.  The theft of a utility trailer and a Hustler zero turn mower occurred in late October at a home on highway 182.
