Three arrests in CU student’s murder

Sheriff’s investigators in Pickens County arrested three men in the investigation of the home invasion, robbery and murder that occurred Saturday at the Chimney Ridge subdivision in Central. A fourth man is being sought. A 23-year old Clemson student, Steven Gregory Grich, was victim to a fatal gun shot. Charged with murder, armed robbery, burglary first degree and the possession of a weapon during a violent crime are Jaron Bradley Dalton, 24, of Six Mile and two 19-year old Central residents: Jordan Charles Dalton and Bernard Kadeen Ramsey. According to the Pickens County Sheriff’s Department, warrants have been issued for the arrest of Lester Devaria Mosley Jr., 18, of Watkins Street, Central. Anyone with information on Mosley’s whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 898-5500. The sheriff’s department announcement stated: “Information was developed early (Monday) morning that led investigators to Ramsey. Subsequent investigation implicated the Daltons’ and Mosley. Both Dalton brothers voluntarily came to the Law Enforcement Center around 5:00 pm to speak with investigators. The Black Durango was located and has been impounded. The intent of the group was to rob the deceased victim;s roommates of what they believed to be a large amount of marijuana. Only a few grams were actually taken.”
