Tips, hints and tricks to lower your power bill!

A class takes place this week in Westminster that promises tips, hints and tricks for city electric power customers who want to lower their bills.  Dr. Energy Saver Home Services is offering an energy saving class at 6:30 Thursday night at the Westminster Depot.  All city electric customers are invited.
