Tommy Edward Roach, 66, husband of Shelby Thompson Roach, of 21 Humbert Street, Seneca, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at Oconee Memorial Hospital.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 5, 2016, at Oconee Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:30 PM, Saturday, March 5, 2016, prior to the service at Oconee Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.
