Two City Hall meetings tonight!

The first meeting of Seneca’s Kellett Property ad hoc committee takes place at 6:30 tonight in the City Hall conference room. The agenda calls for introductions to be made of the 12-member group, along with team purpose, brainstorm options for the property, and setting the next meeting to review options. City leaders and Adams subdivision residents are trying to come together for a meeting of the minds as to whether Seneca should resume plans for building a utilities complex on the grounds of the former Kellett Elementary and, if so, under what conditions. At 6 tonight in city council chambers, the board of zoning appeals will convene a hearing on a request by Sanjay Desai, developer of the Hampton Inn and Suites.
