Two injured in Oconee County accident

State troopers report two persons injured this morning in an Oconee County traffic accident. The 7:45 accident occurred on the Armstrong Road at Brown Farm Road and involved a car and a van. The accident injured the driver of a Chrysler minivan and one of three passengers inside a 1994 Oldsmobile. According to the patrol, the driver of the Olds—a 16-year old Anderson boy—was charged with no South Carolina driver’s license and failure to yield the right of way. The patrol said the driver of the minivan, Walhalla resident Ruth Montes, was injured.
