United Way sells building, to re-locate to By-Pass 123

After nearly 30 years in downtown Seneca, the Oconee United Way offices are re-locating to By-Pass 123.  The sale of the United Way building to One Church was announced last night by Thomas Ray, board chairman, during the annual membership meeting.  Purchase price not announced. Ray says United Way will re-locate to office space adjacent to the Oconee Economic Alliance in the vicinity of Copper River Restaurant.
