Westminster – Vera Guynell. Phillips, 80, 502 Vera Drive, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Cottingham Hospice House. A graveside service will be held 1:30 pm, Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Welcome Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12-1 pm, prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.
