Via skype Westminster chats with three hopefuls

Westminster leaders employed the video service skype to chat with three of the candidates to be next city administrator.  After Friday’s executive session, Mayor Brian Ramey said the three are “great possibilities.”  Ramey says two more interviews are scheduled this week.
