Virginians have a look at Walhalla

Those who intend to develop the former Oconee Courthouse into a lodging facility have begun to consider companies to manage the inn, once it is remodeled. Walhalla city councilman James Powell, whose father is one of the developers, announced at last night’s council meeting that a management company from Lynchburg and Williamsburg, Virginia spent yesterday looking at the building, touring Walhalla. The visitors were joined on that tour by, among others, Oconee County Administrator Scott Moulder and Ken Sloan of the Mountain Lakes CVB.
