“We are very pleased with the outcome….”

Teenager Jesse Osborne now faces a potential sentence of 30 years and a maximum life sentence, should he be convicted of murder and attempted murder charges that arose from the September 2016 day of the Townville school shootings. His case has been remanded from juvenile to adult court, as the result of a week-long hearing at the Anderson County Courthouse. David Wagner, circuit solicitor, said, “We are very pleased with the outcome of this week’s hearing.” The prosecutor also said trial “will be sooner than later.”
