Westminster leaders retreat on a football Saturday

On a football Saturday, Westminster’s mayor and council drove a few miles from town for a workshop meeting to allow the elected leaders to gather ideas for the future of their city.  Structured in a format style to cover several hours, the retreat-style meeting was led by a pair of facilitators—Bob Mohr and Janet Danford.  Mohr and Danford encouraged the mayor and council to think hard about the city’s strengths, its weaknesses and its opportunities with an eye to develop a five-year strategy.
