Westminster Mayor Brian Ramey indicated today his city would like greater funding from Oconee County to offset the cost of allowing out of city children to participate in the city’s recreation program.  Ramey says the current cost of covering out-of-city residents in the city program is $266 thousand dollars.  Figures projected for next year’s city budget show an estimated $500 thousand deficit.
