Wrongful death lawsuit for deceased pipefitter

A lawsuit claiming wrongful death has been filed by attorneys for a Virginia man who worked as a pipefitter at the Oconee Nuclear Station in the 1970s.  The Oconee Common Pleas Court lawsuit for Luke Asa Sullivan, personal representative of the estate of Bobby Sullivan, seeks damages against Daniel International Corporation and 17 other companies named co-defendants.  The lawsuit, which seeks a jury trial, claims Bobby Sullivan was diagnosed with the disease asbestos mesothelioma in August 2015 and died a month later.
